- Returns of Products due to wrong delivery

- Returns of defective products

-Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within a period of 14 calendar days from delivery and even when there are many products in the same order from delivery and the last while when there is an obligation to deliver products at regular intervals from delivery of the first .

Following the withdrawal statement, our company is obliged to return the price received within 14 days from the receipt of the products.
